ProCaseo's Customer Care Group provides the human element. Customer Care is not just there to answer questions and deal with problems. Yes, we do that too, but more importantly:

  • Customer Care works pro-actively with all users to make sure that CaseExchange is working for them.
  • Customer Care works with Associate Members to make sure that the service availability information our Full Members need is up to date and accurate.
  • Customer Care sponsors activities among the Full and Associate Members to build the relationships and trust within the Network necessary for rapid decisions and smooth transitions when the patient's need is urgent.
  • Customer Care provides the reporting functions which help all member organizations improve the way they work together.
